Lymph node with lymphoma and metastatic adenocarcinoma (PAS x 400)

Neoplastic lymphocytes in the lymph node showed the same plasmacytoid characteristics as the lymphoma diagnosed six months earlier. Signet ring adenocarcinoma cells infiltrated extensively the perinodal soft tissues.
