This year is the fourth edition of the conference, with the same aims as the previous ones: to be a meeting point for ideas and knowledge.
The conference will take place online (IRC, WWW) on December, 15-23. Everybody is welcome and we hope that many interesting people will join us in this event. Registration and attendance is free and we are grateful for your participation and interest.The Organizing Comittee
