Lymph Node, HE 400x  Abdominal lymph node. There is only foci of extramedullary hematopoiesis, with no fat cells associated. The trilineage hematopoietic cells, all of them typical, are in a sclerotic area. HE, 400x 
  Lung, HE 40x Lung. Extense area of leuococyte infiltration and edema inside alveolar spaces. There is no extramedullary hematopoiesis. HE, 40x
Skin, HE 100x Skin.Large well defined granulomas in upper and lower dermis. There is no extramedullary hematopoiesis. HE, 40x
Thyroid, HE 100x Thyroid. Nodule of varying size folicles with a layer of flat epithelial cells and homogeneous colloid. There is no extramedullary hematopoiesis, just some lymphocytic inflamatory infiltrate. HE, 100x
